I found the staff very helpful , and they quickly addressed all my needs. The included breakfast offered many choices. I appreciated the prompt and excellent room cleaning service provided daily. Air conditioning worked perfectly .

The front desk was very accomodating with requests. I found them helpful. parking was very convenient, i parked easily. the breakfast had many choices, i appreciated the variety.

the pillows were too thin, i should of asked for extra.

the location is central, it is near the train station. shopping streets are close, i liked that. wallanlage park is nearby, it made for nice walks.

great location friendly staff

the hotel has a great location near the city center and train station. the staff was very friendly and helpful . there are many restaurants nearby, and the breakfast offered various choices.

The pillows were very thin. I should have asked for extras. the room cleaning only happened if the door tag was left outside, which wasn't clear initially.
